Dean Danielson

Dean Danielson joined the NewCo executive leadership team in 2021 as Vice President of Risk Management. He has dedicated 35 years of his career to the cooperative system, and most recently joined Countryside Cooperative in 2012 as the safety and compliance division manager.

Prior to Countryside, Dean worked as a safety and compliance consultant for a large array of cooperatives throughout Wisconsin. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Ag Business as well as multiple certifications, including OSHA 30 HR General Industry, Fall Protection PFAS, and Lead Instructor CETP. He is also a Combat Arms Instructor with the USAF.
