The current executive team at Countryside Cooperative has a history of working in various leadership positions at different companies. The team includes the CEO and President, who previously worked at Alcivia and Landmark Services Cooperative, the Senior VP of Grain, who previously worked at Cooperative Producers Incorporated, and the General Manager, who previously worked at Interstate Mills, LLC/Central Valley Cooperative. The team also has the Chief Human Resources Officer, who previously worked at ALCIVIA, and the Assistant Vice President, who previously worked at Wisconsin Bank & Trust. All members of the team have experience in leadership roles and have received education in fields such as Agricultural Business and Management, Essentials of Human Resources, and more.
