Lisa Gilbert

Lisa Gilbert has extensive experience in the fields of human resources and inventory management, primarily with Countryside Rentals, Inc. since February 2000. As a Parts Coordinator, Lisa oversees the maintenance of used inventory through parts ordering and inventory tracking, while also addressing customer service needs. In addition to this role, Lisa has served as a Human Resources Specialist and previously as an HR Director Assistant, where responsibilities included employee record management, retention strategies, and training schedules. Lisa also has a background in financial assistance, having worked as a Charity Care Coordinator at S.O.M.C., helping customers qualify for aid and managing compliance with state regulations. Lisa’s educational background includes accounting studies at Eastern High School in Beaver, Ohio.
