Nadeen Daniels has extensive experience in public administration and human resources, currently serving as the Cumberland County Register of Probate and Special Projects Municipal Liaison since February 2013. In this role, Nadeen provides facilitation and support services to municipalities within Cumberland County, assisting in grant funding applications and representing the county in various meetings and task forces aimed at enhancing local initiatives. Previous positions include Human Resources Specialist for the Town of Cumberland, Town Clerk and Human Resources Director for the City of Portland, and Assistant City Manager overseeing multiple departments. Nadeen began a career in public service as City Clerk for the City of South Portland, reporting directly to the City Council. Educational qualifications include studies at the University of Southern Maine and Andover College.
