Elsa Fitch

Elsa Fitch is an Engineering Assistant II at the County of Inyo since October 2021, bringing expertise in engineering support. Prior to this role, Elsa served as a Geographic Information System Specialist at Wood from June 2019 to October 2021, where skills in spatial data analysis were honed. Elsa's educational background includes a degree in Geology with a focus on GIS, obtained from The University of Texas at San Antonio between 2015 and 2017.
