Kathleen has worked for organizations such as Manatee County Government, Illinois Department of Natural Resources, and Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. Kathleen holds a Master of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Illinois Springfield and a Bachelor of Science in Biology & Natural Resources from Ball State University.
