Julian Kaelon

Julian Kaelon is an experienced Media and Communications Manager at the County of Marin, overseeing communication strategies and enhancing audience outreach since September 2016. Prior to this role, Julian founded Kaelon Design & Marketing, where impactful content creation and brand visibility improvement were prioritized from November 2010 to October 2019. Additionally, Julian served as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations for Throckmorton Theatre from November 2009 to September 2016, leading innovative marketing campaigns that increased audience engagement. Julian holds a B.A. in Media Studies and Mass Communications from the University of California, Berkeley, with a focus on International Business and Marketing.
