Adrian de la Riva

Adrian De La Riva is a professional in social work with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as a Senior Social Worker for the County of Orange since October 2023. Previously, Adrian held the position of Lead Career Navigator at Working Wardrobes, focusing on outreach and individualized employment support for diverse populations. As Director of Programs at Phoenix Arise, LLC, Adrian co-facilitated programs for criminal and gang members. Notable experience also includes working as Lead Restorative Practice Intervention Specialist at Project Kinship, where intensive case management and restorative practices were implemented for at-risk youth. Adrian's background also includes roles at Waymakers and Macy's, with a focus on rehabilitation services and loss prevention, respectively. Currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at the University of Oklahoma, Adrian holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Criminology, Law and Society, and Social Ecology from UC Irvine.
