Leticia Oropeza Mba

Leticia Oropeza, MBA, PMP, has extensive experience in information systems and accounting within the public sector, currently serving as an Information Systems Analyst for the County of San Joaquin since September 2013. Prior to this role, Leticia worked as an Accounting Technician for the Child Support County of San Joaquin from June 2008 to September 2013. Leticia holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Sacramento State College of Business Administration, earned between March 2022 and July 2023, and has an Associate of Arts degree in Business from San Joaquin Delta College, completed in 2006, alongside studies at the University of the Pacific - Eberhardt School of Business from 2006 to 2008.
