Michael Barber

Michael Barber, CPA (inactive), has extensive experience in legislative analysis and financial management. Currently serving as a Legislative Analyst for the County of San Mateo since January 2012, responsibilities include assisting Supervisor Dave Pine with legislative and policy analysis focused on budget issues and environmental planning. Previous roles encompass serving as a School Board Trustee for the Burlingame Elementary School District, managing finances at Brandeis Hillel Day School, and consulting for the San Mateo Union High School District. Michael Barber has held senior financial positions in various organizations, including Operations Accounting Manager at Stanford Hospital & Clinics and Controller at FCE Benefit Administrators.
