Alicia P.

Alicia P. serves as the Founder and CEO of Authentigrate and has been a Program Manager II for Provider Relations in Behavioral Health at the County of Santa Clara since October 2021. Alicia oversees program operations and strategic planning at BAY AREA MARANATHA CHRISTIAN CENTER as the Executive Pastor. Previous leadership experience includes founding Generation Mobility AS, where support was provided for expatriates and businesses, and serving as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Fountain Of Hope, offering psychotherapy for individuals and families. Additional roles include General Manager at the U.S. Embassy Oslo, Clinical Program Manager with Los Angeles County, and Director at the African American Mental Health Outreach Coalition. Alicia holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Western Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Theology and Leadership from Jessup University.
