Nolan Oba-Vano

Nolan Oba-Vano is an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Analyst currently working for the County of Santa Clara since February 2022, having previously held the position of Associate Environmental Health and Safety Analyst. Prior experience includes serving as a Regulatory Compliance Analyst at Caldwell Compliance from March 2019 to February 2022, and as a Recreation Leader in the PRNS Volunteer Unit at the City of San José from April 2018 to February 2022, where leadership in park volunteer projects was key. Nolan began their career in loss prevention as a Loss Prevention Agent at Ross Stores, Inc. from June 2015 to March 2019, and also completed internships at the Center for the Development of Recycling and Net Impact. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from San José State University, with a concentration in Environmental Impact Assessment, and a Transfer Articulation in Environmental Studies from De Anza College.
