Colleen Rush

Colleen Rush is the current Senior Software Sales Recruiter at Coupa Software. Colleen has been in this role since February of 2020. Prior to their current position, Colleen was a Lead Recruiter at ADP from February 2009 to February 2020. In this role, they were responsible for identifying and sourcing qualified candidates for various sales positions. Colleen also screened and interviewed candidates to determine their qualifications and relevant experience. Additionally, Colleen developed and managed positive relationships with multiple Sales Executives, VP’s, and DVP’s for multiple areas within the United States and internationally.

Before ADP, Colleen was a Sr. Recruiter - Contract at Wilson Worldwide/Wilson HCG from November 2006 to February 2009. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting candidates for contract positions. Colleen also tracked each candidate through all stages of the hiring process using an applicant tracking system. Additionally, Colleen handled territories throughout the U.S. for the HRO Outsourcing Solutions Division.

Prior to Wilson Worldwide/Wilson HCG, Colleen was a Sr. Recruiter at Washington Mutual Bank from August 2005 to October 2006. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the bank. Additionally, they developed and managed positive relationships with multiple hiring managers and candidates.
