Hailey Phan

Hailey Phan is the VP, Planning, Strategy & Analytics at Coupa Software. Prior to their current role, they served as the Senior Director Finance for the DX Business Unit at Adobe from November 2018 to September 2022. From January 2016 to November 2018, they were the Director of FP&A for the DX Business Unit at Adobe. From November 2012 to January 2016, they served as the Director of Finance for Adobe Global Services. From October 2010 to October 2012, they were the Senior Finance Manager for Education & Services Sales FP&A at Adobe. From March 2009 to October 2010, they served as the Japan Sales FP&A Controller at Adobe. And from June 2006 to March 2009, they were the Senior Finance Manager for WW Sales FP&A at Adobe. Prior to their time at Adobe, Hailey was the Finance Manager at Safeway Inc from January 2005 to June 2005 and a Staff Analyst at Applied Materials from June 1998 to January 2005.

Hailey Phan has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Economics from Santa Clara University, and an MBA in Finance from Regis University.

Hailey Phan reports to Rob Bernshteyn, Chief Executive Officer. They work with JP Krishnamoorthy - EVP, Engineering, Roger Kopfmann - EVP, Operations, and Brett Simon - VP, Corporate Development.
