Tammi Dukes

Tammi Dukes, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of Internal Audit at Coupa Software, where responsibilities include leading the company's audit strategy and managing a comprehensive annual audit risk assessment. Prior to this role, Tammi held the position of Vice President of Internal Audit and Vice President of Global Sustainability at Adient, focusing on the execution of the global ESG strategy and the development of social impact programs. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Internal Audit at the UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust and Henniges Automotive, where oversight of internal audit functions and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations were key responsibilities. Tammi's extensive background in internal audit also includes positions at International Automotive Components Group, PwC, and Parson Consulting. Tammi holds an MBA from Bowling Green State University and a BBA in Accounting from Kentucky State University, along with a certification in Sustainable Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management.
