Solveig Castelli is a PhD researcher at the University of Groningen since October 2020, with a background in linguistics and language studies. Prior to this role, Solveig worked as an English and Spanish teacher at CSS and as an aide aux devoirs at COURS LEGENDRE. Experience as a research intern at the Center for Language and Brain involved participation in an aphasia project focusing on brain lesion analysis and transcription of Colombian Spanish storytelling. Solveig also served as a research assistant at Boston University, transcribing interviews of Bolivian Quechua speakers, and held positions in sales and marketing, including responsibilities at a jewelry store and creating promotional materials for Alliance Francaise Hyderabad. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Clinical Linguistics from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Linguistics from Boston University.
