Justina Venckunaite has a wealth of experience in customer service, marketing, and human resources. Justina began their career in 2010 as a Marketing Executive for VNS Marketing. In this role, Justina was involved in developing marketing campaigns, liaising with customers, maintaining customer databases, and arranging the distribution of marketing materials. In 2011, they took on the role of Spa Manager for Baid Group, where they developed the Spa's marketing strategy, handled routine activities, and created in-house promotions. In 2012, Justina became a Human Resource Manager and Local ACE Coordinator for Tata Consultancy Services, where they determined staffing needs, helped individuals meet their aspirations, and identified the best resources for the organization. In 2014, Justina became a Tele Appointer-Business Development for Telstra Business Centre - CDM, where they managed accounts, generated new leads, and contacted new customers to secure appointments. Finally, in 2016, Justina became a Customer Care Consultant for Eddy Tours Iceland, where they communicated with customers over the phone and email to change bookings and offer alternatives. In 2018, Justina took on the role of Senior Research Associate for Coursalytics, an online marketplace for executive education.
Justina Venckunaite completed their Advance diploma of Management (HR) at the Australian Institute of Professional Education Pty Ltd between 2013 and 2015 in the field of Human Resources Management and Services. In 2017, they earned a Certificate from Mimir Iceland in Tourism Industry in Iceland. Justina received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University between 2006 and 2010, with a field of study in Management and Economics of Enterprises. In 2009, they were an exchange student at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, studying International Business.
