Lucio Forti

Lucio Forti has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lucio currently works as a Customer Success Manager at Coursedog. Prior to this, they served as a Customer Success Manager at Sigma Software Group, where they effectively managed client expectations and developed communication strategies. Lucio also gained experience at Havas, where they worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager, Director of Training & Support, and Project Manager. Additionally, they worked as a Project Manager for Nativo Inc and as an Academic Technologist for Pace University.
