Shravan Goli

Shravan Goli is the current Chief Product Officer & Head of Consumer Revenue at Coursera. Prior to this, they were the President of Dice.com (a DHI Group Inc business) from January 2013 to December 2017. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the company's subscription SaaS business, including global strategy, operations, product, sales, marketing, and engineering. Shravan also orchestrated a successful growth strategy through innovation across product, sales and marketing.

Prior to their role at Dice.com, Shravan was the President of BrightMatter Business from 2016-2017. In this role, they built out the horizontal SaaS HCM cloud software business - next gen recruitment solutions. Shravan also incubated new products getTalent (Recruitment CRM - Salesforce meets Marketo for HR), and Lengo (Recruitment marketing).

Shravan has won numerous prestigious awards during their career, including the 2015 Stevie for Sales Turnaround of the year, Marketing; 2015 Obie Silver Award for "Hottest in Tech" campaign, 2014 Stevie Awards for Customer Service, 2015 Global Mobile Recruitment Marketing award; & Product: 2015 ReSI Winner Most Innovative Big Data Solution (OpenWeb), 2014 Awesome New Technologies for HR by HR Tech Conference (#Dice141).

They work with Mustafa Furniturewala - Head of Engineering, Anne Tuttle Cappel - General Counsel, and Betty Vandenbosch - Chief Content Officer. Shravan Goli reports to Jeff Maggioncalda, CEO.
