Key Responsibilities
- Develop new customer relationships with a primary focus on customer acquisition.
- Research and build knowledge of various sports industries, companies, and key stakeholders.
- Build connections and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including venue owners, managers and staff by offering digitalized solutions.
- Collaborate with the Business team & Customer Success team to create competitive proposals and showcase Courtsite's value through product demonstrations and presentations.
- Understand market and industry challenges and convey key solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with in-house tech engineers to test and document upgrades for our platform.
- Contribute to product development discussions by providing valuable insights from a client-facing and business perspective.
- Support in executing other ad-hoc service offerings of the company.
Partnerships
- Work with the Business team on partnerships channel across local state and government ministries
