Michael Heyworth

Michael Heyworth is an experienced financial services executive with a robust background in client delivery and financial capability. Currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Financial Capability at Coutts since October 2012, Michael oversees the financial expertise of over 550 client-facing colleagues and contributes to asset under management (AUM) growth across NatWest businesses. Previously held roles at Coutts include Executive Director and Head of Client Delivery, managing substantial teams focused on onboarding and client support, as well as serving as a Team Leader within the Financial Sponsors and Executives client group. Prior experience includes tenures at Barclays Wealth as a Vice President and at PanEuroLife as a Manager. Michael began the career as a Graduate Management Trainee at Alliance & Leicester. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from The University of Manchester.
