Ryan Hair

Ryan Hair is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Covalent Lithium Pty Ltd since August 2022. Prior to this, Ryan held several key managerial positions at Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers from January 2018 to August 2022, including General Manager Ammonia/AN and General Manager HSEQ & Operational Services, overseeing operations and governance across multiple plants. Ryan’s extensive background at BHP Billiton from September 2003 to January 2018 included roles such as Head of Resource Engineering Technology and Project Director for the 1SAP project, focusing on mine planning, resource extraction, and technology strategy. Ryan also gained early experience in control systems engineering and project management at various companies starting in 1995. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School and multiple degrees in applied finance and electrical engineering from prestigious institutions.
