Tikshan Arora

Tikshan Arora has a strong background in technical roles, starting with their position as a Technical Product Consultant at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from August 2018 to September 2021. In this role, they handled customer escalations, monitored ongoing issues, and communicated the status to non-technical stakeholders. They also escalated and worked with higher-level teams to find resolutions. Currently, Tikshan is working as a System Engineer at Covalience, LLC from September 2021 onwards. They independently handle escalations from enterprise customers, identify root causes, and communicate complex problem resolutions to the leadership team and stakeholders.
