Matteo Caporrella

Matteo Caporrella has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Matteo is currently serving as the Head of Solutions Architecture, NA at Covariant since 2022. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Dematic, including Director of Software Presales, Americas from 2016 to 2022, Manager of Software Consulting from 2020 to 2022, Senior Software Consultant from 2019 to 2020, and Software Consultant from 2016 to 2018. Before joining Dematic, Matteo worked at Reddwerks Corp. as a Senior Sales Engineer from 2014 to 2015 and Sales Engineer from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they have gained experience at Duke University as an Associate in Research in 2012, Graduate Teaching Assistant in 2012, and Academic Tutor from 2011 to 2012. Matteo also worked as a Research and Development Intern at Siemens Energy in 2011. Overall, Matteo has a strong background in sales, software consulting, and research, and has consistently delivered impressive results throughout their career.

Matteo Caporrella has a strong education background in engineering and business. Matteo began their education at Università di Pisa, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from 2007 to 2010. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Turbomachinery Aeromechanics at KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2011.

Matteo continued their academic pursuits and completed a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at Duke University from 2011 to 2012. Recently, they have been focusing on business studies and is currently enrolled at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from 2021 to 2023.
