Matt Salant

Before joining Cove Hill, Matt spent seven years at McKinsey & Co. in New York, most recently as a Junior Partner. There he focused on helping private equity firms assess investments and grow the value of their portfolio companies. He also worked with technology and financial services companies on business building, strategy, and M&A.

Prior to McKinsey, Matt worked in asset management and, before that, as a cook in a high-end French kitchen.

Matt lives in New York. He likes to read, travel, eat, browse Twitter, and listen to podcasts.
