Joshua Jelly Plato Papilaya has worked in a variety of roles in the business development field. Joshua Jelly began their career in 2014 as a Team Lead at Appco Group Asia. In the same year, they also held a role as Business Development Manager at UNICEF Indonesia. In 2017, they moved to Rumah.com as a Business Development Manager. In 2018, they joined BLUWave (ID) as a Business Development Manager. In 2019, they were promoted to Senior Business Development Manager at RedDoorz. Currently, they are a Business Development Manager at COVE.

Joshua Jelly Plato Papilaya attended Universitas Pelita Harapan from 2005 to 2010, earning a degree in Business Law. From 2010 to 2012, they attended Institut Musik Indonesia, studying Music Management.
