Peter Budd

Peter Budd, FCIPD, GPHR, has extensive experience in human resources management. PETER currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Cove UK, where they joined in 2022. Prior to this, they held the same role at the London Women's Clinic and was responsible for supporting the business's growth.

Peter also worked as the Assistant Director of HR (Interim) at Portsmouth City Council, where they led a team of 10 managers and oversaw a HR department of approximately 60 employees.

Earlier in their career, Peter served as the Head of People and Culture at Halo ARC and as the HR General Manager - EMEA at Mitsubishi Corporation. PETER also held HR leadership positions at Sunrise Senior Living, Tui Marine, Tui Travel PLC, Rank Gaming PLC - Deluxe Global Media Services, and BAA - World Duty Free Europe Ltd.

Throughout their career, Peter has demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies, managing HR functions for large organizations, and providing consultative HR services.

Peter Budd, FCIPD, GPHR completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the University of Portsmouth in 1998. In 2010, they obtained the Global Professional Human Resource Practice (GPHR) degree from the Society for Human Resource Management. In 2015, they attended INSEAD, although the degree and field of study are not specified.
