Mike Chesser

Mike Chesser has a diverse range of work experience in operations, management, logistics, and sales. Mike began their career as a Route Sales representative at PepsiCo, where they were responsible for sales, marketing, and achieving yearly growth targets. Mike then transitioned to Bennett Distribution Services, starting as a Yard Jockey and quickly moving up to Yard Supervisor. In this role, they developed expertise in yard management systems and asset tracking. Mike was eventually promoted to Logistics Manager, where they had full profit and loss responsibility. After their time at Bennett, Mike joined Landair as a General Manager, overseeing operations for a significant period of time. Most recently, they have been working at Covenant as a Senior Director of Operations.

Mike Chesser attended Walters State Community College from 1993 to 1994 and obtained an AS degree in CAD. Mike also received a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Aveta Business Institute in 2011.
