Patrick Childs has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Patrick currently holds the position of Vice President of Strategic Operations at Covenant, where they previously served as Senior Director of Strategic Operations. Before joining Covenant, Patrick worked at SimplyBank as the Directing Technology Officer and the Directing Project Management & Innovation Officer. Patrick also held the role of Senior Project Management Officer at the same company. Prior to that, they worked at Covenant as Director of Enterprise Support & Delivery, Director of Training & Employee Development, and Sr. Manager of Training and Employee Development. Patrick also has experience as a Logistics Manager at Highway Transport Logistics, Inc. and as a Customer Operations Manager and Logistics Operations Trainer at U.S. Xpress, Inc. Patrick began their career at TransCard, where they held the positions of Director of Logistics & QA, Project Manager, and Account Manager. Earlier in their career, they served as General Manager at Pilot Flying J and Operations Intern/Communications Coordinator at Cherokee Health Systems.

Patrick Childs attended Baylor University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. From 1999 to 2003, they completed their high school education at Webb School of Knoxville and obtained a High School Diploma. Later, they pursued further studies at Wake Forest University, graduating with a Master of Arts degree in 2016. In 2017, Patrick obtained the certification of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from U.S. Xpress, Inc.
