Paul Powell has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Paul started their career at Minolta Corporation in 1995 as a Quality Assurance Engineer, responsible for testing software and drivers for printers. Paul also served as a Helpdesk Level 2 Engineer, providing technical support for printers. In 2002, Paul joined Covenant Care, Corp. as a Sr. Technical Support/Helpdesk Manager, where they focused on providing excellent customer service to users across multiple branches and states. Paul later transitioned into the role of IS Configuration Manager, overseeing purchasing and coordinating IS contracts. Currently, Paul holds the position of Director of Information Services Support at Covenant Care, Corp.
Paul Powell earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications Technologies/Technicians and Support Services from the University of South Alabama in the years 1991 to 1996.
