Matt Clingon

Matt Clingon has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as the Manager of the Registered Nurse Recruiting Team at Covenant Health since July 2020, where Matt successfully recruited over 400 healthcare professionals during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions within Coleman Research and Orion Talent, where significant achievements included sourcing and screening nearly 4,000 candidates and placing over 1,500 in Fortune 1000 companies, generating $4.5 million in revenue. Matt's early career involved leadership in production at Varco Pruden Buildings and military service in the United States Marine Corps, where Matt held multiple integral roles. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Old Dominion University and an Associate of Science in Social Science from Tidewater Community College.
