Anne Hart

Anne Hart has over 20 years of work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Anne is currently the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Embark Behavioral Health, where they oversee the recruitment process. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Elsner HR and Director of Talent Acquisition at Cadence Education. Anne also served as the Director of Recruiting at SFE- Southwest Foodservice Excellence.

Earlier in their career, Anne held various roles at companies such as WageWorks, where they were a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, and Insight, where they served as a Senior Manager of Corporate Recruiting and Learning Solutions and OD Manager. Anne also worked at Nuverra Environmental Solutions as a Talent Acquisition Leader and at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein as a Program Manager.

Anne's experience in recruiting extends internationally as well, as they worked at Barclays Bank as a Senior Recruitment Specialist and at Credit Suisse First Boston as the Vice President and Head of European Recruiting. In these roles, they were responsible for managing recruitment efforts, developing sourcing techniques, and coordinating campus recruiting and training initiatives.

Anne Hart attended the University of Arizona from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing and Communications. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in the field of facilitation from Development Dimensions International and in the Predictive Index from The Predictive Index.
