Anne Hart has over 20 years of work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Anne is currently the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Embark Behavioral Health, where they oversee the recruitment process. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Elsner HR and Director of Talent Acquisition at Cadence Education. Anne's experience in recruiting extends internationally as well, as they worked at Barclays Bank as a Senior Recruitment Specialist and at Credit Suisse First Boston as the Vice President and Head of European Recruiting. In these roles, they were responsible for managing recruitment efforts, developing sourcing techniques, and coordinating campus recruiting and training initiatives.
Anne Hart attended the University of Arizona from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing and Communications. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in the field of facilitation from Development Dimensions International and in the Predictive Index from The Predictive Index.
