Stacey Mohr

Stacey Mohr currently serves as the Quality and Safety Manager and Administrative Supervisor at Covenant Health since October 2021. Prior to this role, Stacey worked as a Cardiovascular Clinical Care Coordinator at AdventHealth from September 2019 to March 2021, and spent a decade at Florida Hospital from February 2009 to February 2019 as a BSN RN, specializing as the Cath Lab/Special Procedures Supervisor. Stacey began nursing career at Wooster Community Hospital, where service lasted from July 1991 to February 2009. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Science from AdventHealth University and ongoing studies for a Master of Science in Quality and Patient Safety at Jacksonville University.
