Iraiz Castillo Cuadra

Iraiz Castillo Cuadra is a native of Nicaragua, she is a psychologist with a Master’s degree in Management and Administration for Rural Development, in Project Formulation; with a specialty in Social Education, and Reading Skills Development for Primary Education. She has also trained in Emotion Management focused on mindfulness, holistic development, and psychosocial care for children, adolescents, and youth.

Iraiz has more than 20 years of work experience with the most vulnerable girls, boys, adolescents, and young people, in conditions of extreme poverty, abandonment, and lack of protection. Iraiz spent most of her career working at international organizations that defend the rights and guarantee the social, family, and educational insertion of this group at risk.
