Kay Hoffman

Kay Hoffman is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Covenant Living at the Samarkand since July 2025, Kay has also been a member of the UCSB PaCE CX Advisory Board since April 2022. Prior roles include Human Resources Consultant at BBSI from June 2019 to July 2025, where Kay contributed to the company's integrated business management solutions. Other significant positions include Human Resources Manager at Figueroa Mountain Brewing Co., Human Resources Business Partner at Sansum Clinic for a temporary assignment, and Human Resources Manager at Kollmorgen. Kay's expertise encompasses a wide range of HR functions, spanning recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, supported by a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of La Verne and a certificate in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Santa Barbara City College.
