Brandy Layne

Director of Food & Beverage at COVENANT PLACE OF SUMTER INC

Brandy joined the management team in 2016 bringing over a decade of experience in the hospitality and health care industry. She is responsible for all aspects of the dietary and food service department. Brandy is a Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional, and is ServSafe Certified. She has studied medical terminology, nutrition, and dementia. Staying very active in the local chapter of The South Carolina Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals, she serves as the Secretary of the Board and is on the Awards and Recognition Committee for the national level. Brandy was awarded the 2018 Certified Dietary Manager of the Year by the SC Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP).
