Elizabeth Meyer

Elizabeth Meyer has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Elizabeth began their career as a Family Manager, raising four children while supporting a start-up business. During this time, they were actively involved in various PTO boards, volunteered at nonprofits, and participated in political campaigns.

In 2015, Elizabeth transitioned into the professional world as a Human Resources Generalist at UniGroup, C.A. Elizabeth gained strong experience in employee recruitment and retention, staff development, HRIS records management, and HR policy development and execution. Elizabeth successfully implemented enterprise-wide interview processes and led an initiative to restructure onboarding experiences, resulting in increased employee retention.

In 2016, Elizabeth took on the role of Employee Relations Manager at UniGroup, Inc., where they served as a strategic partner to various units in areas such as change management, employee development, performance management, and recruiting. Elizabeth managed all employee relations concerns and collaborated with business units on talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, performance management, and retention.

From 2021 to 2023, Elizabeth was the Employee Relations Director at UniGroup, C.A. In this role, they led and managed the company's employee relations, employee engagement, and recruiting programs, policies, and procedures. Elizabeth developed a strategic people strategy to foster and maintain the company culture and oversaw a team responsible for all people-related initiatives, including performance management, compliance, diversity and inclusion, retention, development, and employee relations.
