Meghan Duvall has a significant amount of work experience in the legal field, primarily focusing on healthcare fraud and abuse. Meghan began their career as a Legal Intern at the Ohio Attorney General's Office in 2005, where they researched eminent domain issues and assisted in trial preparation. In 2006, they joined the Antitrust Section as an Assistant Attorney General, where they enforced state and federal antitrust laws, with a focus on healthcare, pharmaceutical, and agricultural industries. In 2008, they moved to the Charitable Law Section, representing the State of Ohio in enforcing charitable solicitation and gaming laws. Meghan supervised an investigatory team and successfully preserved the charitable intent of donors in probate and bankruptcy cases. From 2013 to 2014, they worked in the Health and Human Services Section as an Associate Assistant Attorney General, handling cases related to healthcare enforcement.

In 2014, Duvall joined the Ohio Department of Medicaid as a Deputy Legal Counsel, providing in-house legal counsel on program integrity issues and supervising the Program Integrity and Institutional Providers Unit. In 2018, they became the Program Integrity Director, overseeing all allegations of fraud, waste, and abuse by Medicaid providers and educating staff on fraud control objectives.

Currently, Duvall holds the position of Chief Legal Counsel -UPIC at the CoventBridge Group since June 2021. In this role, they provide legal guidance on Medicare and Medicaid regulations and compliance, as well as advice on detecting, preventing, and investigating Medicare and Medicaid fraud and abuse. Meghan also collaborates with HR Managers on escalations and state compliance requirements.
