Priscila Garcia

Priscila Garcia serves as the SVP of Global Account Management at Coveo, following their role as Vice President of ServiceMax International at PTC, where oversight included a $150 million book of business across EMEA, India, and APAC. With extensive leadership experience at ServiceMax, Priscila created and led the Global Account Management team, driving the company's transition to a Day 2 Lifecycle management approach. Previous positions also include Regional Vice President Sales at GE Digital, where leadership encompassed the EMEA and APAC sales teams, and various roles focused on consulting sales and business applications in companies such as Alfresco, Spicers, and Concentrix. Priscila holds multiple degrees from the Universidad de Granada and the University of West London, specializing in language interpretation, translation, and financial and legal translation.
