Tove Strander

Tove Strander serves as the Manager of Enablement Operations at Coveo, leading the Operational Excellence team within the Global Enablement framework and focusing on learning, knowledge management, and continuous improvement. Strander has developed a comprehensive internal development program for over 40 employees in the Technical Support team, which includes a competency library, course mapping frameworks, skill paths, and knowledge-sharing processes. Previous experience includes roles at Projexia as a Training Specialist, Schibsted Media Group as a Learning and Development HR-Specialist, and various positions focusing on capacity development and education. Tove holds a Master’s degree from Copenhagen Business School and has pursued studies at multiple institutions, including Concordia University and the University of Gothenburg.
