Previously, Kirby held the position of Head of Customer Experience at Lawpath, where responsibilities included driving customer engagement and automating processes. At Whispli, Kirby advanced from Director of Customer Success APAC to Chief Experience Officer, focusing on scalable customer service practices during significant growth.
