Latasha Choy is a Process Improvement Engineer at Cover Genius since October 2022, contributing to an innovative insurtech platform that delivers embedded protection through its XCover distribution system. Previously, Latasha worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Top Glove, the world's largest glove manufacturer, from January 2019 to October 2022, focusing on the surgical glove manufacturing plant. Latasha's educational background includes a degree from the University of Melbourne (2016-2018) and a student exchange program in Chemical Engineering at the University of Birmingham in 2018, as well as a foundation degree from Trinity College, University of Melbourne in 2015.
