Arin Buyaku

Arin Buyaku is an experienced EUC Analyst at Cover-More Group since April 2022, previously serving as a Service Desk Analyst. Prior experience includes a role as a Team Member at Woolworths Supermarkets from April 2017 to June 2022, where responsibilities encompassed customer service, problem-solving, and training new employees across various departments. Arin also worked as a File Clerk/Data Entry operator at Mackman Conveyancing, focusing on contract records and client file organization, and held multiple positions at McDonald's from March 2015 to May 2017, enhancing customer experience and managing crew operations. Currently, Arin is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Information Technology at La Trobe University, building on a prior Bachelor's degree in Information and Communications Technology from Western Sydney University.
