Steven Webster has extensive work experience in marketing and brand management. Steven is currently the Head of Brand and Partner Marketing at Cover-More Group since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Marketing Manager at Cover-More Group from March 2019 to March 2023. Before joining Cover-More Group, Steven held various marketing managerial positions at Suncorp Group from 2012 to 2018. In these roles, they were responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies for different business segments like priority segments, business customers, and commercial insurance direct. Steven also managed marketing communications budgets and worked across various marketing channels to drive acquisition and retention outcomes. Prior to working at Suncorp Group, Steven was the Marketing Communications & Research Manager at DHL Express from 2010 to 2012.

Steven Webster obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a major in Marketing from The University of Queensland. Steven pursued further education and completed a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional. In 2021, Steven enrolled in a Marketing Week Mini MBA program with Mark Ritson, specializing in Brand Management.
