Taylah McDowell

Taylah McDowell is currently the People and Culture Operations Coordinator at Cover-More Group, a position held since March 2023, while also working as a Bar Attendant at The Grand Hotel Cairns since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Administration Assistant at My Pool Inspection, where responsibilities included managing work orders and scheduling inspections, and as a Human Resources Intern at Shangri-La, focusing on onboarding and recruitment processes.
