Tiina Carpenter

Tiina Carpenter has extensive experience in strategic delivery and customer operations, currently serving as the Strategic Delivery Manager at Cover-More Group. Previously, Tiina held the position of Head of Customer Operations at Freely and worked as the Strategy and Transformation Manager at Cover-More Group. Other notable roles include Senior Change Manager at AMP and Associate Director of Agile and CX Transformation as well as Associate Director of eBusiness and Transformation at Manulife. Tiina holds two Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Tampere, one in Insurance and the other in Business Administration and Management, earned between 2002 and 2009.
