Lily Guo has a diverse range of work experience. Lily started their career at Schindel Orthodontics as an Intern, where they worked under the supervision of Dr. Robert Schindel. Following that, they served as an EMT-B for the River Campus Medical Emergency Response Team.

Lily then worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Rochester Medical Center in the Nedergaard Lab, studying the function and pathways of the glymphatic system. Lily also gained experience as a Research Assistant in the Jamieson Social Stress Lab at the University of Rochester.

Lily later volunteered at the Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory in the Lyon Lab as a Scientific Volunteer. Additionally, Lily had the opportunity to work as a Student in the Department of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics at the University of Rochester Medical Center, where they shadowed medical professionals, performed data analyses, attended presentations, and created a poster presentation on neurodevelopmental outcomes in infants.

Continuing their career, Lily joined ScribeAmerica as an ED Scribe, documenting medical information. Lily then worked at NY Spine Medicine as a Medical Assistant, providing support in a medical setting. Lily then transitioned to Covera Health, where they worked as a Medical Reports Annotation Specialist and also served as an AI Intern.

Lily Guo obtained their Advanced Regents Diploma & International Baccalaureate Diploma from Northport High School from 2010 to 2014.

Lily then attended the University of Rochester from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Neuroscience with a minor in Clinical and Social Psychology.

In 2019, Lily Guo enrolled at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science for a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Biomedical Sciences, General. Lily completed their studies in 2020.

Currently, Lily Guo is pursuing a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, with an expected completion date in 2024.

In addition to their academic achievements, Lily Guo has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they became a certified Open Water Diver through PADI. In 2015, they obtained the Standard – CPR / AED / First-Aid certification from the American Red Cross. Lily also holds the certification of Emergency Medical Technician- Basic, which they obtained from the New York State Department of Health in the same year.
