Phil Neri

Phil Neri has a strong background in finance and operations, with extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Phil is currently serving as the CFO at Covercraft Industries, LLC since 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Chief Operating Financial Officer at Stella & Dot from 2019 to 2022. Phil has also served as the CFO at ModCloth from 2016 to 2019, and Chief Operating Financial Officer at Serena & Lily from 2011 to 2016. Phil has held various financial roles, including CFO and VP Finance, at companies such as Delivery Agent, Red Envelope, Restoration Hardware, Gump's, and Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Phil began their career in consulting at KPMG in 1996.

Phil Neri began their education in 1987 at UCLA, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Phil completed their undergraduate studies in 1991. After obtaining their bachelor's degree, Phil furthered their education by enrolling at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business in 1993. There, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance. This program concluded in 1994.
