Matt Luetje

Matt Luetje joined CoverCress Inc. as Chief Operating Officer at the end of 2021. He brings almost 30 years of commercial leadership experience from both the pharmaceutical and agribusiness sectors where he's earned a reputation for building strong partnerships and creating initiatives that expand stakeholder value.

Most recently, Matt served as BioSTL's Director of Business Development for their global efforts in the agribusiness and food tech industries.

Matt joined the agribusiness industry in 2010 under Bayer's (Monsanto) U.S. Commercial Leadership Development Program where he led multiple business projects and was later selected to be one of seven new U.S. Regional Marketing Managers. Most recently, Matt led Bayer's US Specialty Corn product portfolio where he served as product liaison to a variety of supply chain customers including Row Crops, Ethanol, Animal Feed, Ingredient Companies, Protein Producers, Non-GMO & Organic Groups, Precision-Ag, BlockChain and Sustainability programs.

Matt received his M.B.A. with honors from Washington University in St. Louis and his B.S. from Missouri State, majoring in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Communications.
