Rashik Adhikari

Rashik Adhikari is the Founder and CEO of Renegade Insurance, a position held since September 2018. Prior to this role, Rashik was an Investor at Soros Fund Management from August 2013 to July 2017 and served as an Investment Banking Analyst in M&A at Citi from June 2011 to July 2013. Rashik's experience also includes a summer analyst position in the Technology & Telecom Group at Oppenheimer & Co. in 2010, where responsibilities encompassed market research and financial modeling. Earlier in Rashik's career, leadership roles included serving as a Change Leader at Oxfam America and Executive Director and Research Assistant at Brigham Young University. Rashik holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Brigham Young University and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, with studies extending from 2017 to 2025.
